The terms and conditions set forth below (the “terms”) govern your use of the site on the worldwide web and are legally binding on you.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not access or otherwise use this site or any information contained on the site.

Your use of the site shall be deemed to be your understanding of, and agreement, to each of the terms and conditions set forth below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

By purchasing The Conflict Cure on our payment plan, you agree to an installment plan consisting of three equal monthly installments of $97 each. This payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be canceled before your third payment is made. Upon payment, you will receive immediate access to The Conflict Cure course content. Since the course is provided upfront, refunds for any installment, including the initial payment, are not permitted unless you have met our refund policy requirements (see below). By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

REFUND POLICY:

You are eligible for a refund within 60 days of your course beginning when:
1. you have watched all of the video training material (i.e. the Quickstart module and the videos contained within Modules 1 through 7 of the course) at the pace of one module per week.
2. You have completed all the written exercises in the implementation workbooks that accompany each module of The Conflict Cure.
3. You are applying for a refund within 60 days your particular Conflict Cure program's start date.
4. You have a legitimate complaint about The Conflict Cure Home Study program and have communicated this complaint via email to a member of Love At First Fight during the program, and have given us an opportunity to support you or make it right with you.
5. You have paid for The Conflict Cure home study program in full (if paid with installments).
6. You have not transferred to another Conflict Cure program that began more than 8 weeks after your original The Conflict Cure course began - meaning, you can't put your course off for more than 2 months after purchasing and then ask for a refund.
7. Your refund request is not disqualified by the ‘Exceptions to The Conflict Cure Refund Policy' below:

EXCEPTIONS TO THE CONFLICT CURE REFUND POLICY:

Obviously, we cannot (and do not) guarantee that your marriage or relationship will work out the way you want it to. We cannot guarantee that your partner will want to reconcile with you. Your relationship situation is in your hands and beyond the control of Love At First Fight LLC or its employees. Said another way, your love-life is your responsibility. Life happens. People break their promises. Sometimes a relationship has suffered so much abuse (e.g. repeated affairs, destructive fights, lies, emotional or physical abuse) that it cannot (and perhaps should not) be repaired.

Our responsibility is to deliver you the relationship-repair education we promised to deliver. We are not responsible for what you or your partner says and does in your relationship. With this in mind, here are the few conditions under which you do not qualify for a refund:

We can't provide a refund because your marriage or relationship ended before, during or after your Conflict Cure program began.

We can't provide a refund because your partner is or was not interested in participating in the Conflict Cure program with you or participating in communicating with you.

We can't provide a refund because you felt uncomfortable during the program. In order to repair your relationship troubles, you may need to look at and face your blind spots and be honest with yourself about your part in your relationship troubles. This may feel uncomfortable at times. Don’t worry, though – the program will provide you with plenty of support in the program. Occasionally, some participants don’t like what they see when they look in the mirror and will try to run away from their problems. Because of this, we do not offer refunds because you feel uncomfortable. If we didn’t get you out of your comfort zone, we would not be doing our job.

We can't provide a refund because you changed your mind about participating in the program.

We can't provide a refund because you did not enjoy the program. The program is not designed to make you feel good or be enjoyed – it is designed to repair your relationship troubles so that you can be happy together. Often, the repair process is not enjoyable. Therefore, we do not offer refunds because you did not enjoy the program.

We can't provide a refund because the program is not what you expected or because of any other feelings, wants or preferences you may have. Your expectations, feelings, wants or preferences are yours alone and are outside of our control and not something that we are responsible for.

We can't provide a refund because you feel that your relationship has not changed. We are responsible for providing relationship education and tools. What you do with these tools and education is your responsibility. Said another way, your partner's choices and your relationship outcome is outside of our control and not something that we are responsible for.

We can't provide a refund if you participate in the program only to meet the refund requirements in order to receive a refund.

Should you dispute your payment for The Conflict Cure you forfeit your right to a refund. Disputes incur fines and take hours to defend.

Should you desire a refund and meet The Conflict Cure refund requirements above, please contact us via email, in writing or telephonically requesting a refund. You will be refunded in full within 5 business days of submitting your completed coursework.


THE CONFLICT CURE GROUP COACHING REFUND POLICY:

The 4 Group Coaching calls are not refundable once your Conflict Cure Group Coaching program has begun. Should you desire a refund and your Conflict Cure Group Coaching program has not yet begun, please contact us via email, or in writing, requesting a refund. You will be refunded in full within 3 business days.
